Our Instructor of the Week is the lovely Vanessa Montoya! Nessa has over a decade of experience in Bellydance and the Healing Arts and is an Arhatic Yogi with Pranic Healing. Her adventures as a professional belly dancer include solo and company performances in both Los Angeles and Austin. Trained in the Classical Egyptian style of Oriental Dance, she also received her Yoga Instructor Certification through Mind Body Yoga in Austin, Texas and has combined modalities to create a class structure that explores the mind/body/heart connection. .

Start your day with a nurturing 45 minute stretching and movement routine to gently wake up the body and mind. Join Nessa as she utilizes her studies in yoga and dance to help prepare dancers for the day's activities and events. Saturday we will create a deep connection of the mind and body using breathing exercises and focused movement designed to warm-up the body and focus the mind. .
